The Planning Process You decide who you are going to marry, pick a date, location for the wedding, location for the reception, destination for the honeymoon and then get him to "pop the question". Call Party Time Sound to book your DJ. We will ask you some questions about the reception. We will then send you a contract. You return the contract with a 50% retainer. When we receive this, you can rest assured you have a DJ for your reception, but wait it gets better. We then send you our Wedding Planning Questionnaire and our Hit List. The Wedding Planning Questionnaire helps you tell us what you want. It tells us your order of events, who to introduce, the songs you want for the formal dances, how the DJ should dress and much, much more. The Hit List is a booklet of our most requested songs. You return the Wedding Planning Questionnaire and Hit List at least two weeks before the reception. We will then assign a DJ based on the information you have given us. If you think of something new or if something has changed after you have returned the Questionnaire; 1) call our office and 2) fax the new information to us. Get married.
